إبراهيم سعفان (13 سبتمبر 1924 - 14 سبتمبر 1982)، ممثل مصري. بعد تخرجه من المدرسة قرر دخول كلية الشريعة وتخرج في سنة 1957، التحق بمعهد الفنون المسرحية وتخرج منه، حصل على وظيفة مدرس لمادة اللغة العربية في وزارة المعارف. انضم إلى فرقة نجيب الريحاني.وأصبح من عمالقة الكوميديا في السينما المصرية.كما عرف بخفة الدم ونجاح أعماله. توفي عام 1982 عن عمر يناهز ال 58 عام عند تواجده في عجمان بالإمارات العربية المتحدة للتصوير باستديوهات عجمان الخاصة إثر أزمة قلبية حادة.
وكان له أعمال مسرحية كثيرة منها: الدبور ـ سنة مع الشغل الذيذ، وكان اخرها مزيكا مع سمير غانم ونوال أبو الفتوح
