الشعر أرقى درجات الفن البلاغي في لغتنا العربية من وجهة نظري.. لأن وحدة البيت الواحد قد تصور حدثا تسرده الرواية في صفحات عديدة، ولقد تمنيت كثيرا كتابة الشعر لإعجابي الجم بفنون وجماليات لغته. وها هي قد تحققت واستطعت كتابته، وسأترك لك عزيزي القارئ الحكم على أشعاري، والغوص في معانيه وأفكاره، وأتمنى لكل من يقرأ هذا الديوان أن يبحث عن مساحات الحب المجهولة داخله، وأن يترك لها حرية الاتساع حتى ترقى النفوس عما بها من نواقص.. لأن ما تستفز وجداني كشاعرة فقدان هذا الزمن لمعاني الحب الراقي.. هذا الفقدان المتجسد في هموم الحياة الضاغطة على النفس البشرية، ودليلي على ذلك كما ورد في قصيدة (الزمن الجميل) أننا قد نستطيع أن نعيد صياغة القدرة النفسية على تجميل الحياة حتى يصبح الزمن جميلا. وأملي عزيزي القارئ أن تلمس معي عبر قصائد هذا الديوان الأفكار التي أوجعتني مثل (زمن الأوغاد) و(زمن الانحناء) و(رحيل). وما استفز وجداني كامرأة مثل (شروط شهرزاد) و(معك) و(الرسالة الأخيرة)، وما أسعدني مثل (أحلام عتيقة) و(أنت مني) و(بطاقات تعارف).
