أطلق الأستاذ / كامل زهيري اصطلاحا بليغا فعلا، هو احتكار الصواب. ولعله كان يقصد ذلك الحاكم الذي يظن أنه قال كلمة، ظن أنها الصواب، ولا يصح لغيره أن يطلق كلمة مخالفة، أو يظن في نفسه أنه ينطق الصواب، وإذا ما أطلقها يمجدها الذين حوله تمجيدا مستمرا حتى لو أثبتت الأيام أنها خطأ. احتكار الصواب لا يقتصر على السياسة، إنما قد يمتد إلى فروع أخرى من الحياة، فالعلم والتكنولوجيا قد تحتكرهما دولة من الدول، ولا تبلغ بها الدول الأخرى بما توصلت إليه علميا، لكن تلك حالة نادرة، إنما غير النادر هو احتكار التكنولوجيا، وقد تبيع الدولة للدول الأخرى التكنولوجيا التي توصلت إليها، لكن مفاتيح تشغيلها تكون دائما في أيدي العلماء والفنيين التابعين لها. لذلك فإنها تتعاقد مع هذه الدول على أن تبيع التكنولوجيا بشرط أن يقوم علماؤها والفنيون لديها بصيانة الآلات والمعدات.... ولكن احتكار الصواب السياسي هو دائما في المقدمة ذلك لأن المحتكر – في هذه الحالة – يخضع له العلماء والفنيين، ويخضع له رجال الدين حتى الآباء يجب أن يخضعوا لمشيئته. فإذا قرر الحرب فالكل موافق. وإذا قرر حصار دولة علميا وتكنولوجيا فالحصار قائم. وإذا ـفتى بما يخالف الدين ففتواه مقبولة ويرددها الفقهاء من بعده. وهكذا يكون احتكار الصواب السياسي هو المسيطر والمتسلط، فهل من وسيلة للقضاء عليه.؟...
