يخطئ من يتصرف في حياته وكأنه خالد مخلد، ويخطئ أيضا من يضيع أوقاته ولا يستثمرها، فالإنسان في هذه الحياة – شاء أم أبي – محاسب على كل دقيقة وثانية من عمره وحياته، وفي يوم سيسأل عن ذلك لحظة لحظة، في أي مجال قضاها؟ هل قضاها في الخير أم في الشر أم في الفراغ. ومن هنا نجد أن الله سبحانه وتعالى، وضع للكون والوجود هدفا، والهدفية تقتضي وجود أجل محدد، وفلسفة الحياة قائمة على التوقيت يدخل طرفا أوليا في كل شيء، فكل شيء محكوم بأجل ومدة وزمن طالما أنه لهدف أو لغاية. إن الحياة مسخرة لهذا الإنسان، إذ هو الأساس فيها، وعليه أن يلاحظ الهدفية في حياته، وأن يدمج بين الأجل وبين الهدفية، بين التوقيت والغاية، لكي ينجح ويسعد في هذه الحياة.
