Book Description
ألماظ المسيحيّة الدمشقيّة، حفيدةُ بابور الهندوسيّة، تتزوّج من الكونت اللبنانيّ كرم خوري المقيم في باريس، وتبدأ رحلتَها غيرَ المتوقّعة فتعبر الأطلسي بسبب قصّة حبّ، وتجد نفسَها في ساو باولو، وتشيّد عالَمها هناك مع المهاجرين العرب، حتى تعود مرّةً أخرى إلى باريس لتنجب الحفيدَ المنتظر للكونت، كارلوس .
كارلوس بدوره يكبر في دمشق، ويتشارك أحلامَه مع صديقه الكردي بوتان، حفيدِ أحد أشهر أمراء الأكراد الذي يغادر دمشقَ لإكمال أحلام أبيه. أمّا كارلوس، فيتابع خطّ رحلة أمّه ألماظ وألماستها الزرقاء في اتّجاه البرازيل .
رواية تتناول مجتمعَ دمشق بأطيافه الدينيّة الكاملة، وهو أوّل عمل يتناول المهجرَ السوريّ في أميركا اللاتينيّة.
