" ذكريات ضالة" عمل روائي واقعي وصادم، يبدأ عندما يقرر صاحب هذه الحكاية إرسال رسالة إلى عبد الله البصيص عبر برنامج التواصل الإجتماعي "تويتر" بإسم "المعذب" والرسالة "تتخذ صورة عرض لمجموعة كلاب ضالة" وطلب المعذب من الروائي مقابلته لأمر ضروري، وبعد عدد من التغريدات الملحّة قرّر البصيص مقابلته، فطلب الأخير نشر قصته: "هذة قصتي أنا، قصتي الحقيقية، كتبتها كما أملتهاعلي ذاكرتي، وطباعتها ومشاركة الناس بها أمر يخفف عني عذاباتي مثل حمل ثقيل على كاهل رجل واحد ويريد المساعدة ليتخفف منه ...".
بهذة العبارات بدأ الضابط سلمان يقص حكايته، لا يعرف من أين يبدأ. كان ذلك منذ سنتين عندما جاءه إتصال مفاجئ "نقيب سلمان، تعال إلى المخفر بسرعة سيدي، ألقينا القبض على المنشار، أقسم أنه المنشار"هذا اللص الأسطوري الذي أربك وزارة الداخلية، وأقلق كبار المسؤولين بسرقاته، وأذهلهم أكثر بأسلوبه الغامض قي السطو... وقع !
محطات عديدة بإنتظارنا، عن حياة هذا الضابط الذي كره نفسه كما لم يكره شيئاً من قبل، ففي اللحظة الفاصلة بين الموت والحياة، لا بد وأن يتذكر الإنسان صنائعه.. "تذكرت كل الوجوه المرعوبة التي صفعتها هنا، كل الدماء التي سالت من الأنوف والأفواه، ذكرتها بقبضتي التي لا تتردد ولا تلين أمام من يجلس على هذا الكرسي مهما كان... هي حادثة جعلت من سلمان يعيد حساباته في الحياة ويخضع نفسه للسؤال، ليصبح أقرب إلى وجوده ويكون ما يريده هو لا ما يريده له منصبه.. ما هذا الذي ارتضيته، ما هذه القمامة التي أنا منها، تباً لها، بل تباً لي ..."
"ذكريات ضالة" هي كوميديا سوداء، تعرض زيف النفس، وقدرتها على استمراء الشر من دون أن تدري، يبرهن فيها عبد الله البصيص عن موهبة نادرة بقراءة واقع العالم وأطره السلطوية وأدواته الرخيصة في امتهان كرامة الفرد، وامتحانات الحياة... إنها روايه جميلة وعميقة ولا تخلو من عنصر المفاجئة.
