وبناء على هذا النظام، فهناك حرية نظرية للجميع، إلا أنها في الواقع حرية لحفنة قليلة جداً فقط بينما يغرق الآخرون، أي الغالبية العظمى، في أوحال البؤس والفقر والإذلال.
