بعدما ضمّت نوفل إلى لائحة إصداراتها الإرث الأدبيّ للشاعر الأكثر شعبية في العالم العربيّ، نزار قباني، الذي قاربت قصائده مجالات مختلفة مثل السياسة والوطنيات ولا سيّما الحبّ والمرأة، تقوم بإصدار دواوينه الفرديّة في حلّة جديدة عصريّة، تحيّةً وتقديرًا لشاعر الحبّ والمرأة، شاعر بيروت ودمشق، شاعر الحلم والثورة.
نزار قباني - وُلد "شاعر الحبّ والمرأة" عام 1923 في أسرة دمشقيّة عريقة. درسَ الحقوق في الجامعة السوريّة. وفَور تخرّجه منها عام 1945، انخرط في السلك الدبلوماسيّ وأمضى فيه قرابة العقدَين، متنقّلًا من عاصمة إلى أخرى ومنفتحًا على ثقافات مختلفة. بعد نشر ديوانه الأوّل "قالت لي السمراء" في العام 1944، تنوّعت مؤلّفاته بين شعر ونثر وسياسة. وكان إصدار كلّ منها، في كلّ مرّة، أشبه بهبوب عاصفة في العالم العربيّ. لمع عدد من قصائده بأصوات نخبة من المطربين، من أم كلثوم إلى فيروز وماجدة الرومي فكاظم الساهر. شكّل نزار قبّاني علامة فارقة في كلّ ما ألّف، ورغم المآسي الشخصيّة التي ألمّت به، بقي يحلم ويحبّ ويثور ويكتب حتّى الرمق الأخير. توفّي في لندن عام 1998، ودُفن في مسقط رأسه دمشق.
