رواية زهر الليمون وقصص أخرى تأليف علاء الديب، تعكس الرواية معاناة وآلام جيل منذ سنوات الخمسينات والستينات عاش محنة الاغتراب والهزيمة.. وفيها يعبر الكاتب علاء الديب عن فرد من أفراد الطبقة المتوسطة الذين تشردوا كزهر الليمون، من الأشياء التي تجذب الإنتباه في هذه الرواية مقدرة الكاتب على عزل شخصية عبدالخالق المسيري ووضعها تحت الأضواء مما سهل رؤية الشخصية بطريقة أوضح وأعمق، كما أنه أبدع في تصوير ذلك اللون الرمادي الذي سيطر على أفكاره ونظرة بطل الرواية للحياة والمجتمع.
