محمد عباس زرقط هو كاتب شاب لبناني من بلدة الزرارية في جنوب لبنان. يُعرف بكونه مؤلف رواية «صدى لا يموت»، التي صدرت له حديثًا وتتناول أحداثًا واقعية مستوحاة من الحرب وآثارها، وقد أُقيم حفل توقيع لها بحضور جمهور وفعاليات ثقافية في الزرارية. يُذكر أنه في وقت نشر الرواية كان يبلغ حوالي 22 عامًا، مما يجعله أحد الأصوات الأدبية الشابة في لبنان.
