كاتبة وصحفية من مواليد محافظة الشرقية، تخرجت في كلية الإعلام جامعة القاهرة عام 2019، تخصصت في قسم الصحافة، وحاليا باحثة ماجستير. عملت في مجال الصحافة لمدة 6 سنوات، ما بين دراسة الصحافة في الكلية وممارستها خارجها في الصحف والمجلات.
وخلال مسيرتي الصحفية تدربت على التقديم والإعداد الإذاعي في مؤسسة ماسبيرو، وقدمت برنامجين إذاعيين على قنوات إذاعية أونلاين، ولكنها توقفت لأسباب صحية.
امتلك اهتمامات متعددة، فإلى جانب كوني صحفية ومقدمة برامج إذاعية، فأنا محبة للمعرفة والمعلومات العامة، ولذلك كنت أحصل على مراكز متقدمة في مسابقات المعلومات العامة في الجامعة، وشاركت في برنامج العباقرة جامعات ضمن فريق جامعة القاهرة الموسم الثاني.
كما أنني من الناشطين في المجتمع المدني، فأنا مدربة مناظرات وميسرة دوائر حوارية، وعضو نشط في عدد من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، أقدم تدريبات في مجال التنمية المجتمعية.
نشر لي أول كتاب "نسوية متشددة دينيا" في معرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب 2025، وكذلك أول مجموعة قصصية في كتاب مجمع "أحلام متصلة".

لم تكن المشكلة يوما أن الرجال سيئون أو النساء بغيضات، الأمر يبدأ وينتهي في كون الشخص سيء بغض النظر عن نوعه الاجتماعي. أما تحويل الأمر لجولات مبارزة وتحسس مواطن الأمور الشائكة التي تفتح أبواب الجدال فهناك مستفيدون خلفه بالتأكيد. في ديننا العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة أساسها المودة والرحمة، وفي حال ضعفت المودة والرحمة فإن الشريعة نزلت بإرشادات وقوانين تنظم العلاقة وتضمن لكل طرف حقه فيها. الكتاب حالة فكرية خاصة، يقدم المشكلات التي تعاني منها النساء في المجتمع بشكل مختلف وبمعالجة دينية، كمحاولة لإعادة الأمور إلى نصابها الصحيح، وأن الدين هو مقياسنا وليس مبادئ وأفكار أي توجهات أخرى.
