حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة الموصل سنة 1996 م
باحث في التأريخ والتراث والعادات الاجتماعية لمدينة تلعفر وما حولها من المناطق ذات الصبغة التركمانية ، وكذلك مهتم بدراسة تاريخ المسيحية الصهيونية وما ترتب عليها من احداث سياسية واجتماعية في العالم
صدر لي ثلاثة كتب :
- الوجيز في تاريخ تلعفر ، طبع في مؤسسة وقف كركوك – اسطنبول ، 2017
تناول ابرز الاحداث التي جرت في تلعفر وأطرافها منذ فجر التأريخ حتى بداية الحكم الملكي في العراق سنة 1921 م ، وحاولت قدر الامكان التركيز على الروايات التأريخية التي اهملها كثير من المؤرخين – بقصدٍ او من دون قصدِ – كي يجد القارئ صورة واضحة بلا غموض عن طبيعة المدينة وما مر بها من وقائع عبر العصور
- امريكا تعزف لحناً صهيونياً ، عن دار سطور ، سنة 2018
يتناول صفحات مخفية من السياسة الامريكية وطريقة تفكير وعمل الساسة الامريكان وقادة الرأي فيها وأبرزها خدمة الاهداف الصهيونية التي تتبنى النظرية الالفية بمجيء المسيح ثانية واتخاذه من فلسطين المحتلة منطلقاً له
- اوروبا تنتظر مسيحها ، عن دار سطور سنة 2020
يبحث الكتاب الدور الاوروبي المسيحي في التمهيد لقيام دولة اسرائيل ، وإظهار دور الملوك والامراء والزعماء الاوروبيين في عصور مختلفة وسعيهم الحثيث لتأسيسها
