قرية نيف الرحى: تعتبر من بين القرى الجزائرية تابعة لولاية بشار جغرافيا ً تبعد عليها بحوالي 20كلم ، تتكون هته القرية من سكان محليين وسكان وافدين ،فمن بين السكان المحليين ( قبيلة ذوي منيع ، قبيلة أولاد جرير ) عاش معظم سكنها صعوبة في الحياة و العيش لاسيما في سنوات السبعينات والثمانينات و تسعينات من القرن الماضي ،حيث كان يعتمدون في البداية على بيع الرمل ( غربلة الرمل و إرجاعه صالح للبناء لأصحاب شحنات النقل الى وسط المدينة ،بينما هناك من كان يعتمد على الزراعة والفلاحة وهم من أصول أمازيغية أو البربر "واكدة" أما النوع الثالث من منطقة الابيض سيد الشيخ من ولاية "البيض" أتوا إلى منطقة نيف الرحى كمهاجريين واستقروا بها فهته القبيلة الأخيرة كانت تعتمد على رعاية المواشي والاغنام ، إلا أن احفادهم قد كبرو وترعرعو وبدأت الحضارة والتكنولوجيا تمس هذه المنطقة..
