كتاب أشتاق إليك، هو كتاب يخاطب النفس تارة والعقل تارة والقلب في كل فكرة وفقرة، لنتعلم كيف نحب وكيف نطلب الحب، والحب هنا المدفوع إلينا من كل مكان في أنفسنا والكون هو حب اللّه عز وجل.

من لم يعرف القلب لم يعرف نفسه بعد، ومن لم يعرف الحب لم يعرف شيئاً عن الحياة البعد، لم الحب بالتحديد؟
إنه سراج القلب في بحر الحياة في داخل الكون، والبذرة النامية في ترب المشاعر في أعماقنا، وإنه البريق العتيق في العيون وكثيرا ما يصاحب دمعها كالرحيق في فم النحلة أو على ظهر الرياح.
ككل ما في الكون وهناك في كل ما فيه ما يشد خيطاً يوقظ القلوب التي لم تصحوا بعد لتعلم أن هناك نسقاً واحد للقلوب المحبة لتعلم أن نبضها قد كان من اللّٰه.
