لا يَعْرِفُ بعضُ الأطفالِ أهميةَ الْكِتابِ. وحاتمُ واحدٌ مِنْهم. في الكتبِ توجدُ الكثيرُ من الفَوائِدِ. القصصُ الَّتي نقرَؤُها في الكُتبِ تعلِّمُنا الكثيرَ، نستفيدُ من الشخصياتِ الموجودةِ في القصةِ، نكتسِبُ المعلوماتِ عنِ البلدِ الذي تجري فيه القصَّةُ، نتعلَّمُ من البطلِ ومنَ المشاكِلِ التي وقَعَ فيها، نعرِفُ كيفَ نحلُّ مشاكلَنا. ثُمَّ نستمْتِعُ بما يحدُثُ في القصَّةِ، نتشَوَّقُ للنِّهايةِ، ننْدَهِشُ للمُفاجآتِ، ونضْحكُ للمَواقِفِ المُضحكَةِ. أنا لا أقولُ إنَّ على حاتم أنْ يهجُرَ اللوحَ الإلكترونيَّ. لا، فلَهُ فوائدُهُ أَيْضاً، لكنْ عليهِ أنْ لا يدْمِنهُ.
