الحمد لله العليم الحكيم، والصّلاة والسّلام على أحكم الخلق وأعلمهم نبيّنا محمّدٍ وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، أما بعد:
فهذه مجموعةٌ من اللّاءات أهداني أغلبها رجلٌ معمَّرٌ مُجَرِّبٌ كان يزورني في مكان العمل الخاصّ بي كلّما أتى السّوق، كتبتها بالفصحى، وقد قرأت وبحثت في كتب أهل العلم فوجدت لها ما يؤيّدها، فخطر ببالي أن أجمعها في كُتيّبٍ عسى أن ينتفع بها النّاس، فأنتفع بالأجر، وينتفع ذلك الحكيم بأجر نصائحه.
وأغلبها يصلح أن يكون قواعد في هذه الحياة، فقد انتفعت بتطبيقها كثيرًا قبل أن أقدّمها للنّاس، وهي قواعد في التّعامل مع النّاس تحديدًا، والله أسأل أن يجعل هذا العمل خالصًا لوجهه الكريم.
