رواية "غربة ساق"، أحاكي من خلالها وبتدرج، رحلة فتاة عرجاء، ولدت وتربت في عالم ذكوري يؤمن بقوامة الرجل، ولا يعترف بالأنثى، التي ولدت من ضلع أعوج، كما هو معروف عند عامة الناس، وما توارثته الأجيال جيل عن جيل، فهي بالنسبة لهم، خادمة لا أكثر ولا أقل، تنام في بعض الأحيان، على ضرب السوط والكلام البذيء، الذي يقتل كل شيء جميل بداخلها مع مرور الوقت، يظهر هذا من خلال الكثير من التفاصيل التي يرحل معها القارئ، عبر هذه الرواية، التي اعتبرها بمثابة شهادة على واقع مر، لا يظهر للعيان، لكنه موجود في الكثير من القرى والمداشر وموثق.
