مينا تكتب باللاتنية MINA مدينة رومانية شيدها الرومان في القرن الأول الميلادي. تبعد عن مدينة غليزان بـ 2 كلم جنوبا وما زالت بقايا الجسر الروماني صامداعند المدخل الغربي للمدينة. كما مثلت الأبرشية المدينة في مؤتمر قرطاج الكنسي سنة 484 و525م.
