المسرّع الدوراني (Cyclotron) هو جهاز لتسريع الجسيمات المشحونة وذلك بتسليط مجال كهربائي متردد عليها بمساعدة مجال مغناطيسي يعمل عموديا على مستوي دوران الإلكترونات . يعمل المجال الكهربائي على زيادة سرعة الإلكترونات، ويعمل المجال المغناطيسي على إجبار حركة الإلكترونات في دائرة .
