مزهر عبد الله رويد هو مسؤول سابق في حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي في منطقة الدجيل في العراق وابن عبد الله كاظم رويد. أدين بتورطه في قتل 148 من المسلمين الشيعة خلال محاكمة الدجيل لصدام حسين وحكم عليه بالسجن لمدة 15 عاما.
