زيلفا (بالعبرية: זלפה) هي إحدى زوجات النبي يعقوب الّتي ولدت له ولدين جاد وعشير. كانت جاريةً زوجته الأولى ليئة بنت لابان التي وهبتها ليعقوب، ذلك لأنها لم تنجب منه بعد مرور زمن طويل على زواجهما، إلا أنها (ليا) عادت واستطاعت الإنجاب فيما بعد. يعتقد بعض الباحثين أن زيلفا هي بنت لابان الصغرى.
