Al Masjidrasa is a combination of an architectural imagination and a humanized vision, meant to break the conceptual strain built in our minds which distort the function of the mosque in our lives. In other words, it became a signified name without a signifier! This paper is but an attempt, to taste the specialty of this building where man and the built environment are engaged, and the expectation to identify: “What is a real mosque?”
