في تأسيس الدوائر الحكومية (Info)
- أسس أول محكمة شرعية للقريات سنة 1358هـ/ 1939م.
- أنشأ بلدية منطقة القريات، وكان محمد بن عبد الله العويسي رئيساً لها.
- ربط مهمة التأشير على جوازات الداخلين للبلاد بأحمد العسيري، وبعد ذلك أُنيطت بالشرطة مهمة التأشير على جوازات القادمين، وكذلك إصدار تذاكر المرور لمن يريد الخروج من البلاد.
