جان ماسبيرو (بالفرنسية: Jean Maspero) (20 ديسمبر 1885 – 17 فبراير 1915) كان من علماء البرديات الفرنسيين في أوائل القرن العشرين. هو ابن عالم المصريات جاستون ماسبيرو وزوجته "ني" لويز دو كونستنت (أخت بول دو كونستنت الحاصل على نوبل للسلام عام 1909) وهو أخ لكل من هنري وجورج ماسبيرو.
