عمومن وګړي که یو شی لږ لري، بل شی ډېر لري، د بېلګې په توګه شونې ده، چې یو قوي منګوله ولري، خو سترګې یې ډېر لېرې ونشي کتلای او د یو بل سترګې به ډېر لېرې وګوري، خو منګوله به یې ځواکمنه نه وي. له دې کبله موږ نشو ویلای، چې له دوی څخه یو د بل په پرتله مطلقن بر دی.
ډېر هغه توپیرونه، چې نن د انسانانو په وګړو کې شتون لري، د هغه میراث پایله دي، چې له پلاره یې اخیستی وي او هغه میراث غالبن د ټولنیزې وضعې په پایله کې پیدا شوی وي. د بېلګې په توګه د یوه تریاکي سړې ځوی د یوه کره سړې د زوی په پرتله په بنسټیزه توګه ډېر ضعیف راځي. نو که موږ چېرې ټولنیزه اوضاع اصلاح کړو، له دغو توپیرونو څخه ډېري یې له منځه ځي.
دا ټول توپیرونه، چې نن یې په ټولنه کې د بشر په وګړو کې وینو، د هغو په طبیعی توپیرونو پورې اړه نلري، بلکه ټولنیزې وضعې زېږولي او موږ د دې لپاره چې د بشر وګړي تساوۍ ته نږدې شي، باید زلنده (ظالمانه) ټولنیزه وضعه، چې بې دلیله د وګړو تر منځ توپیر پیدا کوي، له منځه وېسو.
