وليس المراد هنا استيعاب كل الآيات، بل المراد التذكير والموعظة بعظمة هذا الكتاب وجلاله، وسموّه وكماله، وقد حاولت بالكلمة والتركيب، والموضوع والترتيب أن أُلمح إلى دلالة دقّت، أو فائدة ندّت، وجعلت البلاغة هي منهج الوصول للدلالة، ليجتمع جمال التحليل والتعليل مع عظمة القرآن وجلاله، وآثرت فيه الإكثار من كلام الأولين العارفين، المتضلعين في اللغة والبيان والتبيين.
هدفت في هذا الكتاب أن يرتبط القلب بأعظم مؤثر فيه؛ وهو القرآن، وأن يعْظُم شأن كلام الله في النفوس، وأن يظهر سمو بلاغته، وعظمة بيانه، لمن قرأه وتأمله، ووقف عند آيه وتدبره.
ولعل من يقرأ هذا الكتاب أن يذكرنا بدعوة طيبة، وذكر حسن، فلا ندري حينها أنكون فوق التراب أم تحته؟ والله الموفق وعليه التوكل.
