وجاء عن نوم داود عليه السلام قول النبي r : ( كان ينام نصف الليل ويقوم ثلثه، وينام سدسه)( ) ، وهل لنوم الليل مزايا ؟ وهل يفرز الجسم الطّبيعي هرمونات أثناء النوم و لا يفرزها أثناء النهار ؟ وما قول العلماء بالنسبة لنوم اللّيل ونوم النّهار؟ وما للنّوم باللّيل من فوائد وعبر ،وللحث بعدم السهر ، والنهي عن ترك صلاة الفجر .
