ــ تعزيز الهوية الوطنية: الثقافة تُعيد تعريف الانتماء من الطائفة إلى الوطن، وتُقدّم سرديات بديلة عن التاريخ والسيادة والعدالة.
ــ كسـر احتكار الخطاب السياسي: تُتيح للأحزاب الناشئة التعبير عن رؤاها خارج القنوات الرسمية، عبر الشعر، المسرح، الأفلام، والحوارات الفكرية.
ــ إعادة تعريف "المثقف السياسي": لم يعد المثقف محصورًا في النخبة، بل أصبح كل من يُنتج أو يُشارك في محتوى ثقافي ناقد جزءًا من الحراك السياسي.
