- دعي إلى مهمات علمية في الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا عدة مرات، فترات مختلفة.

وها نحن إذ نودع عام 2007 نجد أن كل ما كتبناه علي وجه التقريب مما ينطبق عليه القول الشهير :
لقد ناديت إذ أسمعت حيا ولكن ، لا حياة لمن تنادي !!
أكثر من ست وثلاثين سنة من الكتابة العام في معظم الصحف والمجلات ، حتي " حواء " و " الكواكب" إلي أن بدأت كتاباتنا تبدو وكأنني لا أمسك بقلم ولكن كما تقف تلك الندابات التي كنا نعهدها في المآتم في قديم الزمان حتي لقد كان عنوان أول كتاب للقاريء العام عام 1984 يحمل عنوان ( محنة التعليم في مصر) ثم ترتفع الوتيرة ليكون عنوان الكتاب التالي عام 1986 (إنهم يخربون التعليم) وتتوالي العناوين الدالة علي الفزع والهلع ( عرب في قاع الزمان ) (مماليك هذا الزمان ) ( تجريف العقول) ( هموم التعليم في مصر)..إلخ وهكذا يجيء عنوان كتابنا الحالي (واتعليماه) وكأن المريض الذي أمامنا أصبح يعاني سكرات الموت وليس أمامنا إزاءه إلا الولولة والصراخ بأعلي صوت .
علي أية حال فعنوان الكتاب إنما كان عنوان مقال واحد من مقالات واحد من المقالات والدراسات التي يضمها وقد قصدت أختيار عنوان هذا المقال عنوانا للكتاب كله حيث سوف يلمس القاريء أن معظم ما أحتواه يتضمن كثيرا من القضايا والمعاني والدلالات التي تدفعنا دفعا إلي أن نصيح بأعلي صوت :
واتعليماه !!
نسأل الله عز وجل أن يعيننا علي التغلب علي كربنا مع علمنا بأنه سبحانه لا يغير ما بقوم حتي يغيروا ما بأنفسهم فمتي نهب لتغيير أنفسنا؟!
