مدت الفتاة قدميها بهدوء لتسقط عليهما حبات المطر قبل أن تضع منديلها على الحذاء.. ضغطت برفق لأن الفسحة في الغالب للطعام.. فالدرج الخشبي ذو القائم المعدني هو مكانه المفضل، فالفصل أكثر هدوءاً من الحوش.. هذه المرة الأمر لم يكن الأمر كالمعتاد، انتهى من الطعام سريعاً.. نظر يميناً ويساراً ألقى نظرة سريعة من الشباك على الفناء الصاخب أخرج من ثيابه مجلة "بورنو" مطوية تصفحها بيده اليسرى المرتعشة.. العرق يتصبب من جبهته.. رأسه غير مستقر.. عيناه زائغتان انطلق ماؤه بين الرغبة والرعب.. كقذيفة على الدرج الخشبي والقائم المعدني أعقبها بولة لم يستطع منعها.. انطلقت بعدها نافورة من فمه لتملأ المكان بمحتويات معدته.. تناثر الرذاذ على القائم المعدني.. وضع وجنته على الدرج في استسلام وإنهاك.
