Book Description
" الزمن مثل لوح الزجاج عندما ينكسر الى نصفين
تستطيع إصلاحه، ولكن لن يعود كما كان ابدا ".
بعد الحرب العالمية الثالثة قدم العالم ويليام للحكومة مشروع لبناء آلة زمن ليستطيعوا رؤية الحضارات القديمة، وإنقاذ الكتب، والآثار التي تم زوال معظمها بسبب ما خلفته الحروب، ولكن رفضت الحكومة ذلك المشروع، فقام ويليام بإنشاء منظمة سرية لبناء آلة زمنية، وفى عام 3031 تم الانتهاء من بناء آلة الزمن التي كانت عبارة عن حاسوب كمي مرتبط به عدد من الساعات اليدوية التي يستخدمها العلماء للسفر عبر الزمن، في أحد الأيام أتت رسالة استغاثة إلى ويليام في محتواها "أنقذوني لقد نفذت الطاقة من الساعة الزمنية "
لم يستطع ويليام معرفة هوية المرسل، ولكنه أستطاع أن يحدد المكان الذي أرسلت منه الرسالة، ثم قام بإرسال آدم لإنقاذه، ولكن عندما وصل آدم إلى المكان المنشود تلقى ضربة قوية من الخلف أدت إلى فقدانه الوعي، وعندما استيقظ وجد نفسه في زنزانة باردة كريهة الرائحة، مليئة بالفئران والحشرات القارصة، فهل سوف يستطيع آدم أن يعود إلى زمنه ومعه الرجل الذي أرسل تلك الاستغاثة ام لا؟!
