ونيوبٌ بارزةٌ تنزفْ
تتبدَّلُ أحوالي دومًا
من فيهم نفسي؟ لا أعرف!

تتنازعُ أفكارٌ رأسي
ما بينَ رجائي أو يأسي
وسؤالٌ لم يبرحْ بالي
من نارٍ أم نورٍ نفسي؟

كم ضلَّ القلبُ الدربَ وتاهْ
كم سار على خطواتِ هُداهْ
ما بينَ ضلالٍ ورشادٍ
لم أقنطْ من رحماتِ اللهْ

لم أُخلقْ من نورٍ أو نارْ
لم أُعصَمْ من زَلَلٍ وعِثَارْ
من طينٍ خلقي.. خطَّاءٌ
والذنبُ أو التوبُ قرار
