حين يحلقُ العقلُ متأملًا عظمةَ الكونِ فإنّه يصلُ إلى خالقِه، وحين يبصرُ العقلُ يرى ما لا تراه الأعينُ من معجزاتٍ، وحين تتجلى له عظمةُ الخالقِ وإتقانُه وعدلُه وقدرتُه على كلِ شيءٍ؛ تجولُ في الخاطرِ أسئلةُ الفضولِ فيبحثُ عن إجاباتِها:
أين نصرُ اللهِ المؤزرُ لمن ظُلِم؟
لم لا تنفذُ عدالةُ السماءِ في الأرضِ؟
لماذا نؤمنُ بالغيبِ؟
كيف يجري قدرُ اللهِ على حريةِ الإنسانِ؟
هل يوجدُ تواصلْ غير محسوسٍ مع اللهِ؟
لم لا تُمنحُ الهدايةُ لكلِ الناسِ؟
لم التفاضلُ في الأرزاقِ والتباينُ في الأعمارِ والأقدارِ بينهم؟
أم أنَّ هناك حياةً أخرى خالدةً قد أعدها اللهُ تتحققُ فيها معاييرُ الحياةِ الفاضلةِ؟ … ولعل هذا الكتابَ يُجيبُ على تلك التساؤلاتِ وغيرِها، في دعوةٍ للعقلِ بأن يُبصِرَ ، وللفكرِ بأن يتحررَ ، وللنفسِ بأن تهتدي.
