"منتصف الغواية" تجربة سنوية تتأسس على فلسفة الإختلاف مع السائد والمنجز، تبدو فيها الشاعرة "نوير بنت مطلق العتيبي" مسكونة بلغتها وما تحيلها إليه تلك اللغة، من رؤى تأملية، تشف في عباراتها لتصبح كيميائها الخاصة، يتدفق بحرها لتتوضح على ساحل لغتها آثارها: (الملامح، الحلم، الأشواق، الغيابات، الصمت، الطقوس) وسواها من مفردات تتشكل منها غواية الشعر، فتتأسس من خلالها العلاقة بين الذات الشاعرة، وما حولها من علاقات مع الإنسان، والطبيعة، والآخر تشفر عن تجلياتها الإنثوية، متجاوزة واقعاً شعرياً ساكناً، إلى آخر أكثر رحابة، وأكثر تعبيراً.
في قصيدة بعنوان (غواية!) تقول الشاعرة: "لو .../ ثم أقفلت باب الشيطان/ ولذت بزهد/ وعدت لأسمال حلمٍ صار رميماً/ لو../ اقتحمت مسائي ../ وفي الحلم تمثلت لي/ صددتها ../ ومن فتنتها بدأت أستعيذ ../ لو ../ كانت ضوءاً .. وكنت ظلاماً/ يمنع شعاع مريب!/ لو ../ وأدرت ظهري لها مرتبكة/ وما زالت تأسرني بحلمٍ فريدٍ !!".
يضم الديوان ما يقارب الستون قصيدة في الشعر العربي الحديث نذكر من عناوينها: "تماثيل..!" ، "قربان" ، "من رحم الأيام" ، " اختناق" ، " غواية" ، "سأتبعك !!" ، "ميت !!" ، "حبها ..!" ، " احبال في السماء " ... الخ.
