وقد قُسّم الكتاب على: خمسة مباحث وملحق. كانت مركزة -قدر الإمكان- في بلورة فكرة الخطابة القرآنية، وأهميتها وموجبات تفعيلها، وأن يكون خطاب المنبر الحسيني خطابا قرآنيا في منهجه وأهدافه وحيثياته، وعصريا في طريقته ومفرداته.
