إن الكثير من الظواهر السلوكية والمجتمعية المتراكمة التي لا نُلقي لها بالاً، هي من أكثر الأشياء التي تتوسّد اليوم هرمَ تراجعنا، ورغم أننا أخذنا هذا الحديث من زاوية الحديث المُستهلك، إلا أننا ما زُلنا نجهل عدم الاستماع والإنصات له جيدًا! فنطرح الأسئلة المجهولة نيةً في التغير.. وننسى أننا نحنُ من يقوم بالإجابة عنها دون وعي! إن كل المجتمعات حول العالم التي ارتفع سقفها عالياً، وأصبحت تقف بقوة ثابتة وسط كل هذه التوسعات والحراك الثقافي والتقني والثورات المعلوماتية.. كانت بدايتها في هذا التغير، بداية متواضعة وبطيئة؛ فعرفت ما هي مشاكلها دون كبرياء ولا تجاوز، ثم وضعت المشكلة، وأدرجت الحلول، واستخدمت معطياتها بأشياءٍ توازي البُعد الفكري المُصاحب لها، ثم بدأت التطبيق وأنتجت لها مستقبلاً بصورة واضحة ومطمئنة على أعلى مستوى! ورغم أن الأمثلة التي تُطرح، يؤخذ منها ما لا يُترك إطلاقاً من الدروس غير المباشرة، إلا أننا ما زُلنا مصرِّين على التشبُّث بالصورة النمطية لتلك الأشياء من حولنا.. كنظرة وتعريف وحُكمٍ مُطلق وجائر.
