مُحِب جدا للغة العربية، رغم كونها خارج تخصص دراستي، إلا أن لي العديد من الخواطر الأدبية سواء كانت نثرية، أو شعرية، أو قصصية، أو تربوية، إضافة إلى تأليفي كتاب (من سرايا القيادة) كأول عمل أدبي لي.
أتمنى أن يكون قلمي خادما للإسلام والمسلمين نافعا لكل من يقرأه.
Book Description
إن هذا الكتاب هو عبارة عن رحلة تربوية للشخصيات الإنسانية عموما، والشخصية القيادية خصوصا. تخرج من لُب التجربة الحياتية التي مررت بها، والأحداث التي وُضعت في خِضمِّها.
كما هو معلوم فإن أساس أي منهج أو قناعة هي (فِكرَة) تستقر في عقل كلٍ منا فيُدرِك منها معنىً معين، فيظهر على سلوكه، ثم يستقر في قرارتِهِ ليكون منهج حياته الذي قد يخزله عنده، أو يدعو إليه لنشره. لذا كان من الهام أن أبدأ في ترسيخ عدة أفكار أراها من وجهة نظري غاية في الأهمية حتى تصِحَّ الإفادة من قراءة الكتاب.
رؤية الكتاب: تصحيح إدراك شخصية القارئ تجاه نفسه وأهدافه ومجتمعه.
ولأن كلُّ مصَبٍ لا بُدَّ له من منبع، وكلّ مسافرٍ لا بُدّ له من زادٍ وجَواد، ولكلّ سراجٍ منيرٍ نجمٌ وهّاجٌ يغذِّيهِ ويُبرِقُهُ. كذلك فإن لكل قائدٍ شيخًا، ومدرسةً، وطريقةً، وأصلًا، وسَلَفًا يستزيدُ منهم، وقدوةً يقتدي بها ويستَدِلُّ، وهنا مفترقُ طرقٍ عظيم لا يدركه إلا لبيبٌ واعٍ، وأريبٌ عبقري.
