(نجوى) امرأة في أوائل الثلاثين، تختبئ داخل حجرتها خلف ستار رمادي داكن، تهرب من ذكريات حقبة جميلة، ومن أحداث ماض مؤلم، فرضت على نفسها عزلة بعد حادثة مؤلمة قلبت حياتها رأسها على عقب، يراها مصادفة (أيمن) رجل أعمال يسكن في الجوار، تسير على الرصيف بجوار منزلها، فينجذب سريعا نحوها ويقرر الارتباط بها، لكن ظروفا ما تقف في وجهه حائلا، فيرسم مؤامرة حسنة النية ترمي إلى انتشالها من عزلتها لتحقيق مراده، ويطلب معاونة شقيقها (المهندس فراس) الذي يقبل بالمهمة بعد حيرة وتردد. عقبات جمة تواجه خطته المحكمة، وخفايا تتكشف بعد الخوض في التفاصيل، حين تُفضح أسرار كامنة تضمها صفحات كراسة قديمة غامضة، تكشف قصة بلا خاتمة لجريمة نكراء بشعة. حقائق صادمة تلقي بأيمن في مأزق صعب، وبين شد وجذب تتعقد قصته وتتشابك خيوطها،
