قدّاس الموت هي مسرحية فلسفية اجتماعية جريئة تتناول قضايا الطائفية والفقر والعنف المقدّس. من خلال شخصيات مأزومة تعيش في عالمٍ يختلط فيه الإيمان بالخوف، والعبادة بالدم، تكشف المسرحية كيف يتحوّل الدين في بعض السياقات إلى أداة قتل وتبرير للظلم.
يقدّم الكاتب ديفيد العلي عملاً يُعرّي فيه آليات الكراهية التي تنشأ باسم الله، ويسائل ضمير الإنسان الذي فقد بوصلته الأخلاقية تحت وطأة الفقر والتعصّب.
إنها صلاة معكوسة في وجه الظلام، حيث يتحوّل “القدّاس” إلى طقس للوعي والتمرد، يذكّرنا بأن خلاص الإنسان لا يأتي من المذابح، بل من إدراكه لإنسانيته الضائعة.
