أسميته (مداد الشعور)؛ لأنه لم يكن مجرد حبرٍ على ورق، بل كان نبضاً تترجمه القوافي، وشعوراً تفسره القصايد.
في هذا الديوان، أخذتني "المدائن" إلى رحاب الحكمة، وسرقتني "اللحظات" إلى عوالم الغزل، ودفعتني "الأمانة" إلى صدق النصح والوصف. فكل بيتٍ هنا هو حكاية موقف، أو همسة خاطر، أو رؤية عينٍ رأت في الشعر لسانها الأصدق.
