فالحديث النبوي الشريف يأتي في المرتبة الثانية بعد القرآن الكريم ، وأهميته تنبع من أنه إنما يفسّـر ويشرح القرآن الكريم .
وقد أضاف المصحح شرح الألفاظ الصعبة وأوضح المعاني الغامضة ليتيسر على القارئ فهم الحديث الشريف .
