فهذه مجموعة من الأحاديث النبوية التي نهى فيها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من أشياء ضارة بالإنسان ليحظر منها ويتجنبها ويسأل الله عز وجل أن ينجيه من شرها وأسوتنا في ذلك الحبيب المصطفى صلوات الله وسلامه عليه . فهذا الكتاب عبارة عن سباحة في بطون كتب السنة لجمع اللآلى الكريمة الثمينة من الأحاديث النبوية الصحيحة ، فقد سرت فيه طريقاً طويلاً وسلكت درباً من أصعب الدروب ولم أقتصر على الجمع والتدوين بل ربما تصرفت بعض التصرف اليسير من تعليق أو توضيح ، مع التبسيط لبعض الألفاظ والمعاني ، يضاف إلى ذلك الدروس والعبر فمن نظر في عملي هذا فسيجد أنه مائدة دينية تربوية أدبية تحوى الطرائف والعجائب والنوادر وسيجنى من الرحيق ويتفجر له من صفحاتها أنهار عذبة من الكلم الطيب في حدائق ذات بهجة كأنها قطوف لا يسع المرء إلا جنيها وسيتأمل في روعتها فقد طلبت في صفحاتي هذه من صحيح كلام سيد الأنام طرائف الكلام وأشكال المعاني وجواهر الحكم وضروب الأدب ونوادر الأمثال وفنون الآثار ومالي إلا فضل الاختيار وحسن الاختصار أخذتها من سنة خير الأنبياء وأفواه العلماء ومأثور الحكماء والأدباء ، واختيار الكلام أصعب من تأليفه.
