Book Description
الحَمدُ للهِ وَحدَهُ، والصَّلَاةُ والسَّلَامُ عَلَى مَن لَا نَبِيَّ بَعدَهُ، وآلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ الغُرِّ المَيَامِينَ، وبَعدُ :
فلمَّا رأَيتُ النَّاسَ قَد عَوَّلَتْ عَلَى مَا لَا يُعَوَّلُ عَلَيهِ، شَرَعتُ في هَٰذِهِ الرِّسَالة، ذٰلِكَ مَع ٱعتِرَافي بأَنَّ ٱبنَ عَرَبيٍّ الصُّوفيِّ سَبَّاقُ غَاية، وصَاحبُ البِدَايَة، وَللهِ دَرُّ القَائِلِ :
فَلَوْ قَبْلَ مَبْكَاهَا بَكَيْتُ صَبَابَةً
بِلَيْلَىٰ شَفَيْتُ النَّفْسَ قَبْلَ ٱلتَّنَدُّمِ
وَلٰكِنْ بَكَتْ قَبْلِي فَهَاجَ لِيَ ٱلبُكَا
بُكَاهَا، فَقُلْتُ ٱلفَضْلُ لِلْمُتَقَدِّمِ
ذَلِك ومَن عوَّلَ عَلَى ما لا يُعوَّل عليهِ، لا يُعوَّلُ عليه. اه
