ولما إنكشفت صاحبة النظارات، أخذتها الدهشة وشردت في متاهتها، تتنفس لونها، ظلها، غروبها وما بدا خلف الثوب الرمادي، كان يراقب صمتها ويميل كعصفور نحو غابة شعرها يوقظ فيه سبات الدروب التي عشقها وهو على يأس ألّا تعود، إقتربت من البعيد وهي حاضرة صافية كعين الديك. تبصر ظلالاً غريبة تعربش على وجنتيها كأنها في الصورة ترى الغروب، وألماً يدثر زرقة غفوتها، تراءى له أنها غارقة في داخلها مستلقية على ضفة إنطفأت وأنها الآن مسكونة بالضوء عساها تشعل في عودتها حرارة اللقاءات السابقة.
