Book Description
يكشف هذا البحث العلاقة بين ابن خلدون وعلمه الجديد، علم العمران، وفقه الأحكام السلطانية لا سيما كتاب إمام الحرمين الجويني (غياث الأمم في التياث الظُلم). حيث يبرهن على أن خلدون، استعار فكرة الشوكة ودورها في انعقاد السلطة للخليفة أو السلطان، وذهاب الإمامة مع ذهاب الشوكة، كيما يُضفي الدور نفسه على مفهوم العصبية في مجال علمي آخر هو علم العمران، أو علم الاجتماع الخلدوني. أكثر من هذا، يبرهن البحث على أن ابن خلدون استعان بفقه الأحكام السلطانية لإضفاء الشرعية على علم جديد هو علم العمران.
