الأستاذ المعلم مصطفى قطيع ،،، * وُلِد في مدينة إدلب شمال َ سوريا 24 سبتمبر 1934 .
*تخرّج من قسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب ، الجامعة السورية ( جامعة دمشق اليوم ) عام 1958 .
دَرَّس في إعداديات وثانويات إدلب وحلب . ثم في ( معهد إعداد المدرسين ) .
* هاجر إلى الولايات المتحدة عام 1992 وعمل في تعليم أبناء الجالية المسلمة قراءة القرآن .
* لا يزال يعيش في ولاية تينيسي . مدينة ( مرفرسبورو ) .

هو بينَ يديكَ ، إن شئتَ فَانُشرْهُ . وإن شئْتَ فاطمسّهُ .ولكني أرجو أن تجعلَهُ نوراً للقارئ .وهدىْ للسامع . فَلَكَ الأمرُ والحكمُ .
فَخْري أني عبدُك . وعزَّتي أنك مولاي .ولا حول ولا قوةَ إلا بك ..
ما أعظمك ! ما أجلَّك ! ما أكرمَك ! فالحمدُ لك .
والصلاه على نبيك ........
