اسمها الحقيقي "أميرة بولمزاود" كاتبة و ناقدة جزائرية و صاحبة بودكاست "كلام ونص!"..
ولدت و درست في احدى البلديات شرق الجزائر، تخصصت خلال دراستها الثانوية في الشعب العلمية التي احتلت الصدارة فيها طوال تلك الفترة، و بتحصلها على الباكالوريا صوبت وجهتها الى مدينة العلم و العلماء قسنطينة، اين خاضت في غمار حلم حياتها، بدراستها للأدب العربي.
شغفتها المطالعة في شتى المجالات حبا منذ سن السادسة -اي بمجرد تعلمها للقراءة و الكتابة- و ذلك نظرا للبيئة الأُسرية الحاضنة.
تتقن "ميرا" اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية، و لها مؤلفات أدبية عديدة بلغتها الأم؛ الروائية، النقدية، الوترية، و كذا المقالات والقصص.
تُعد "الحكيم" اليوم من اشهر الروائيين الجزائريين، و الأدباء في مجال الأدب المقارن و العالمي، كما انها من الناشطين في مجال نشر ثقافة المعرفة و حقوق الإنسان من خلال البودكاست الذي تقدمه حتى اليوم.
