بادرت الى الاطلاع على زعماء الملاحدة الجدد، وعلى مصادرهم وعلى
مقالاتهم، وعزمت على محاورتهم ومحاورة أتباعهم لهداية طالب الهداية
منهم، ولكشف تهافت الإلحاد واسقاط الأقنعة التي يتستر بها طالب الباطل
منهم ولتوعية المؤمنين بهم وبشبهاتهم. كانت نتيجة جهودي كتاب ((تهافت
الإلحاد)) وفيه فصل قد سردت فيه قصة الإلحاد، مع التحليل والنقد لبيان
الجذور التاريخية الفكرية والأخلاقية والنفسية لظاهرة الإلحاد، كما ركزت
فيه على هدم الأسس الكبرى التي يقوم عليها الفكر الإلحادي المعاصر،
وكنت قد وعدت هناك بكتاب خاص يجيب على معظم الشبهات الثانوية
التفصيلية، فكان هذا الكتاب ((قصتي مع الملاحدة)) وفاء بذلك الوعد. وهو
خلاصة تجربتي مع الملاحدة قراءة وحوارات ومناظرات قمت باختصارها
كثيرا جدا، وتبويبها وإعادة صياغتها بعد أن نزهتها عما اتصف به الملاحدة
من المهاترات والفحش والسباب، راجيا أن يكون عملي خالصا لوجه الله
تعالى.
