طارق الحلفي
وُلد في مدينة البصرة ـ العراق على ضفاف شط العرب، حيث تتمازج رائحة الملح بنسيم النخيل، فكان للمكان أثره العميق في تشكيل وجدانه الشعري.
بعد حصوله على الدبلوم من معهد المعلمين في البصرة، انطلق في مسيرة مهنية شملت العمل في عدد من المدن العراقية، متنقّلًا بين الأمكنة كمن يبحث عن نغمة تليق بروحه.
عام 1979 شكّل منعطفًا حاسمًا في حياته، حيث ترسخت جذوة الشعر في داخله واتخذت صوته الخاص.
تابع دراسته العليا في الفلسفة، فنال درجة الماجستير من صوفيا/ بلغاريا عام 1989، لينفتح على آفاق فكرية جديدة عمّقت من تجربته الإبداعية.
عمل في عدد من البلدان في الحقل التربوي، وكان آخر محطاته ألمانيا، حيث يقيم ويواصل عطاءه الفكري والأدبي.
بدأ كتابة الشعر في سن مبكرة، لكن تجربته تبلورت وصقلت في كردستان، لتصبح قصائده مرآة لروحه وذاكرة لجيله.
نشر نتاجه في الصحف الورقية والمنابر الإلكترونية، وله حضور مستمر في المشهد الثقافي.
