خلدون عبد القادر حسين ربابعة، من مواليد مدينة إربد شمال الأردن سنة 1980م، حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس من جامعة العلوم الإسلامية في تخصص القراءات القرآنية، وشهادة الماجستير في التفسير وعلوم القرآن الكريم من نفس الجامعة، إمام وخطيب ومُدرِّس وكاتب ومؤلف له مجموعة مؤلفات تزيد عن الخمسين كتابا في الفكر والتربية والثقافة الإسلامية والقراءات وعلوم القرآن.

سألني بعض الإخوة قبل شهر رمضان من العام (1439 هــ) بأيام أن أجمع بعض فتاوى العلماء الأفاضل في باب الصيام، فاستجبت سريعا لتلبيه ما طلب وقمت بجمع ما يزيد على 70 فتوى من فتاوى الصيام مما يحتاجه الناس في هذه الأيام، وليس لي فضل سوى جمع الفتاوى من دور الفتاوى ودواوين العلماء الأجلاء وتدوينها في هذه الورقات وكان المنهج المتبع كالاتي:
أولا: أكثر ما نقلته من الفتاوى من دائرة الإفتاء الأردنية ودار الإفتاء المصرية لما لهما من فضل وشريف علم وقد تصرفت في نص الفتوى واختصرت اختصارا غير مخل، وأضفت بعض الكلمات لبيان ما أوجز.
ثانيا: اعتمدت على كتب الفتاوى العلمية الأصيلة وقد بينت ذلك في المراجع، وعزو النقولات إلي مراجعها الأصلية.
ثالثا: قمت بكتابه الآيات القرآنية بخط المصحف الشريف وقد عزوت الآيات الكريمات إلي سورها.
رابعا: خرَّجت الأحاديث النبوية من مظانها الأصلية تخريج وافيا بينت فيه مرجع الحديث والحكم عليه.
خامسا: قدمت ترجمه موجزه لبعض الأعلام الذين ذكرتهم في متن الكتاب.
سادسا: ذكرت تاريخ وفاه الأعلام الذين ورد ذكرهم في متن الكتاب.
ومن خلال هذه الإضافات أقدم للقراء الأفاضل منهجا في التأليف نحتاجه هذه الأيام حتى تتسع مدارك القراء ومعارفهم فالقارئ يجب أن يتعلم الفتوى ويتعلم إلى جانبها أشياء أخرى تجعله فقيها مثقفا وعالما عارفا بكل ما يقرأ.
